Neos Land Purchase - FAQ

The Lean FAQ is ideal for projects or MVPs. It will save you time from answering the same question over and over again and will provide transparency to your clients, colleagues, and friends.

Duplicate the template to your space and then move it to the desired page.

First, use the template button on the top of the Simple FAQ template to add a new category.

Then, rename the category and the question placeholders. 💡 Tip: to keep the formatting in Notion, start writing right after the last letter and then remove the dummy text. If you copy-paste from another page, use Cmd+Shift+V (Ctrl-Shift-V for Windows fans).

To add a new question, simply press Enter at the end of the previous question. This will create a new question. ⚠️ If the question is expanded (i.e. if you see the answer), close the toggle using the arrow on the left and then press Enter at the end of the previous question.

Open the toggle with the arrow on the left of your question.

Start writing your answer in the placeholder within each toggle (one toggle represents one question).

Simply click outside the category, select the text you want to delete, and press “Delete / Backspace”. This will remove the entire category. You can use the same technique for deleting the questions but keeping the categories. Or even for deleting everything. Make sure you don’t delete the Template button on the top “Add a new category”. Even if you do, you can always reuse the link and duplicate the template again. Enjoy :)

Absolutely. Once you duplicate the template, only you and the workspace collaborators have access to your copy of the FAQ.
